Bookings Policy
High Season:
Bookings made for high season are to be secured with a $500 deposit. Once receipt has been issued the booking will be secured.
Full payment for high season bookings is required 14 days prior to arrival.
All Other Seasons:
Bookings made for all other seasons require a $200 deposit and will be secured once receipt has been issued.
Full payment for all other seasons is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made by either credit/eftpos over the phone or via bank transfer to our Trust Acc:

Cancellation Policy
High Season including all school holidays:
Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival in high season will receive a deposit refund less an administration fee of $50.
Low Season:
Cancellations made in low seasons 8 – 28 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less an administration fee of $50.
Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival in low seasons and 28 days prior in high season will not receive a deposit refund.
Keys
Please note: All arrivals and departures are now operated through our Key Box located next to the front entry doors.
We will contact you prior to arrival to finalise payment and issue you with a code for the key box to release your keys.
On departure we kindly ask if you could please drop the keys back into the key box.
Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is from by 10am. A late check
out can be arranged subject to availability.
Any lost keys will incur a $50 fee.
Parking
Please note: There is provision for only one secure car space per apartment. Your parking space will correspond with your apartment number. All carparks are clearly marked with the apartment numbers.
All other carparking is visitor car parking only.
